What I like about it is it's different, Looks nice, just the right size to store your wife's stuff if she rides with you once in a while or for a weekend trip, easier to handle taking off and storing.

I think so, Lou. I think they call it the Scorpion tail. It has an elongated look to it. Definitely not OEM
