I just picked up a 2014 highball. I would like to replace the stock halogen bulb with an led unit similar to daymakers that Harley has. Not sure what size to go with, I measured the entire headlight and came up with 7 inches. I thought factory headlights on highballs are 5 3/4.

Pretty sure the round highball headlight is 5 3/4" ... maybe the extra 1 1/4" that you're measuring includes the outer rubber lining?
Lots of guys are coming up with different options for headlight upgrades. Let us know what you find.
