Yet he still didn't comply with the officer's orders. Why, did he feel the need to talk back to the officer? Drop the gun and do what your told it's simple.

You would think a sign or some security in the immediate area to indicate a production was in progress.
The officers acted correctly and with extreme caution as they should have.
