I think the bike is a JP and I swear I saw that helmet in the Victory Rider magazine a while backbut I dont have it. I think it was from a Daytona rally.

Legal. I'm a Florida Law Enforcement Ofc and that patrolman is using an old out dated statute that doesn't even apply to being out on a bike. Had he been issued a Citation with a fine I would advise him to contest it.
All that is required when riding a motorcycle is eye protection.

Ha! Yeah I don't have the book in front of me but I wouldn't be surprised. None of the guys I know even care, me I go out with just my perscipt glasses onat timesand 3/4 helmet. But, like anywhere else, you got that one jerk new cop.....
