Like Chevy & Ford in the old days, those were the entry levels that got people into the brand and then you aspired to move up to a Cadillac or Lincoln

Being the cynic that I am, especially when it comes to Harley I found myself wondering how much the other riders were paid to let him go by. Doesn't sound like he was really gassing it on the straights and was way early braking on the corners.
Would like to see him go head to head with the FTR.
    Probably my prejudice showing.

If I were to guess, I’d say those other bikes are the 300-400cc models, certainly not a 600 or more. He would NOT be passing them like that on a regular track day unless they were very underpowered. (which is also a little strange because don’t they usually release ppl in groups based on rider skill and HP? He might’ve just jumped in on the “beginner” group)

The Pan America is rated at 150HP and the FTR is rated at 122 HP the PA weighs about 40 pounds more.

Pretty sure the PA was "prepped " a little, still would like to see head to head, FTR/PA.

Prepped like in how ? It already has VVT and electronic suspension, and it's not speed limit to 110 from the factory
