So I'm a short timer here and I haven't been riding as long as a lot of other guys. I have really enjoyed the VOG since being on here and learned a couple things as well. One of the reasons I'm here is because I chose a Victory over a Harley, so why do I have to look at Harley adds when I log on? It seems like a poke in the eye.

The ads you see are a result of your search history on your computer. I'm not saying you're looking at HD stuff but I'm sure you've looked at plenty of motorcycle related sites.

If you want better eye candy do a few searches for mail order brides. That will spice up your ads.

VicVisionBulldog, that there is funny since I'm usually on a work computer. The only thing I remember looking at Harley related was a Youtube video about Harley riders making stupid mistakes and falling over or off their bikes. It was pretty entertaining. Other than that I'm not looking at their stuff. Cycle Gear, Witchdoctors, how to videos on youtube, etc.

It just gives you something to remind you that you made the right choice. Just continue to the specs and price and it makes me feel better. Not that I haven’t owned a couple of the ole HDs and they were pretty and ran okay. But once I straddled the Victory, for the first time and placed it into first and the clunk knocked a filling out, I knew this ***** was going to impress.

As I test rode up into the hills of Northern Alabama and approached the first curve, it was like she read my mind and sliced that curve like it wasn’t there. Shifted to fourth and tried to figure what was I going to do with the last two gears ( hadn’t rode in a while) as she shot up to 80 without a grunt.

I was in love and wondered where she had been all my life and how could i have missed that function and form could go hand and hand. Sure she don’t have all the bling and shiny bits of the Hog, but she is like that understated ride with the curves in the right places, built for speed and comfort....

They claimed they were the “best bikes on the planet”, they are... Yeah, I look every now and then at what HD became after Vic and see everyone has one and how they find them in a parking lot amazes me.

I just look for a couple dudes or gals hanging around a bike and it usually my Vic... Damn flirt.

That is exactly what "got me" with the Guzzi's over 40 years ago.
I never thought I would ever find / own another brand bike that fit me as well as a Guzzi.

Then I bought the Gunner, then traded it back on the Cross Tour.
Now them SOB's quit making them.

Yeah the Guzzi has got the vibe too, different and striking. Haven't rode one, but like the look and know you have an ongoing affair with them. Still meaning to check yours out one day, just got distracted and busy for a bit...

As for Polanus, well we have covered that...

Same thing. You're frequenting motorcycle sights. Therefore the ad software is going to conclude you're interested in motorcycles and choose motorcycle related ads to show you. Harley just happens to buy more ad space than say Motus, Ducati, or other brands I'm actually interested in. No biggie, I like Harley's too. Just not as much as Victorys.

My work computer is my personal phone. For some reason, I see a lot of pornhub ads?

(I think its 'cause I follow Stormy Daniels on Twitter)
