In adding some Polk Marine speakers while in the fairing I noticed the tweeters are wired together separate from the woofer. The Polk speakers came with a tweeters and a crossover for each side, but it appears there's a crossover already built in... I'm not a stereo aficionado so whatcha think?

Yes, the passive crossovers are inside the speaker boxes/pods.

I use the same speakers and just plugged everything in. I guess I have two sets of tweeters. Sounds good but I am putting an Amp in soon so that may need to change.

I have a set of Polk DB6502 that came with crossovers. I would definitely use them over the stock Magnum crossovers because they would be tuned specifically for them.
