I found this picture on FaceBook and in Lloyd's Garage, but no information was given about the build or who built it. It was built in Europe though.

That’s sharp. Of course Matt Laidlaw would think it was a Dyna copy.

I thought they copied the Ural for the scout.

    It's obviously a Rocker C knock off.

That is now an off-the-shelf seat & mirrors by Indian and aftermarket rims and fender.

    They removed the belt guard.

Not to be negative....but any kid could've made that "custom" bike.

On a positive note.... I love the Scout and all the customization options.

Check out the Hooligan bikes!! A racing class in Europe:

Check out Dirtybird concepts for these upgrades

That bike looks nice. Basically they fixed all the weak points (better fork, better brakes, better shock) and gave it a nice finish. Nothing overly complex, which is kinda cool. At the end of the day, however, it's still a Scout. I can't ride it!

Definitely did some good Mods to make it a Better Handling and More Comfortable Ride .. Won't even Guess the kind of $$$ it cost to do this though ..
