    E. Baltimore street has an area called "The Block". Its not gonna change, been there forever. 2 blocks from the HQ police building and 2 more blocks from the inner harbor.

They withhold taxes the city will withhold their business license. I think I know who wins this argument. The Block brings in millions of bucks a week in revenue. They go to the inner harbor, drink, shop, eat then at night go to the bad dirty place to drink and watch the crazy people.

None of the people involved were prohibited from wearing body cams on a planned arrest. NONE! Yet they all decided not to wear them or turn them on. How convenient. Body cams on the marshals task force were permitted on executed arrest last October.

It probably went down the way they say it did but we will never know. Undercover agents should never, ever, be part of a planned arrest. That being the case why not film it for evidence? They deserve the unrest from this they are getting. Just like Taylor. Turn off the cams so just what we say is what happened.

When, in the 21st century will this end? Body cams tell the truth so when you tell the truth with them, you win. You never win the grey with no video. You always leave a doubt.

We lost one officer on my shift last month and I just found out another is leaving.....then two more are thinking about it. These are all officers with less than five years that are looking at better paying jobs outside of law enforcement. I has been tough these past couple years but I think it will get worse.

Louisiana Police Unit That Killed Ronald Greene Investigated for Other Abuses Against Black Drivers | Democracy Now!

The Louisiana State Police unit that killed Ronald Greene, a 49-year-old Black man, by tasering, punching and dragging him during an arrest in 2019 is under an internal investigation looking into whether officers are systematically targeting Black motorists for abuse. That’s according to the Associated Press, which reports investigators are probing the violent arrests of three other Black men by the same police unit: one who was punched, stunned and hoisted to his feet by his hair braids; another who was beaten after he was handcuffed; and yet another who was slammed 18 times with a flashlight. The investigation is focused on white officers with State Police Troop F — a notorious unit in northeastern Louisiana whose officers have mislabeled body-camera videos, turned off their cameras during arrests, and otherwise worked to hide evidence from investigators. Some of the troopers already face felony charges.

Somebody has to prove he shot him first don't they. The investigation has got no evidence Wright did that shooting 1.5 years ago.

Antonio Arnelo Smith, 47, sued Valdosta police and other city officials in U.S. District Court a year ago, saying officers used excessive force and violated his civil rights. Body camera footage showed Smith talking cooperatively with a Black police officer on Feb. 8, 2020, as a white officer crept up behind him, pinned Smith’s hands behind his back and slammed him face-first to the ground.
“Oh my God, you broke my wrist!” Smith screamed on the recording as two more white Valdosta officers held him down and handcuffed him. When an officer told Smith he was being arrested on an outstanding warrant, another immediately interjected that he was the wrong man.

Should it not be a stipulation of membership here that you must discuss motorcycles from time to time?

Failing to do so equals...... Troll? I think so.

I'm going to go join a BMW forum. I won't have sh!t to add with value but maybe they'll have a nice cooking thread I can get in on.
