Logic dictates the next step would be to ban smoking outdoors within city limits. This would include smokeless tobacco and vaping of course (spittle that is laced with any form of tobacco byproducts doubles the fine). Along with this new law, marijuana would be legalized in public spaces except on city, state, federal posted properties. Furthermore, there will be no privately owned apartment buildings or rental units of any kind. Any property found in violation will be taken by the city, state or federal government without remuneration. Since when can the gov't tell an owner whether or not they can consume or use tobacco, drugs or alcohol inside their property? Property owners should be the only entities allowed to ban or allow smoking, drug use or alcohol use while renting from them. People in Government really don't seem to understand that they are fueling a fire that will only be put out by a straight up right-out-of-the-movies revolution.

BTW, I support first responders in general. When aliens invade or the gov't is overthrown or zombies take over, I got your back if you got mine!

Those of you who are placing Christmas lights/decorations in your yards, would you please avoid anything that has Red or Blue flashing lights together? Every time I come around the corner, I think it's the police and I have a panic attack. I have to brake hard, toss my beer out the window, fasten my seat belt, throw my phone on the floor, turn my radio down, and push the gun under the seat. All while trying to drive. It's just too much drama, even for Christmas. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
