Carpel tunnel surgery for me. 3 weeks ago. I feel your pain. I’m on my way to a successful recovery.
For now you can try Vicbaggers easy clutch attachment. I have one on my wife’s magnum.
Now here’s the deal with it. Yes it eases the pull dramatically but you have to set the cable just right or you will get creeping with the clutch pulled in. Which will lead to premature failure / slipping.
I’m one of the lucky ones after careful adjusting but many here have thrown them out. Maybe they have no patience or know how but even some of our trusted mechanics here say not worth it.
I truly believe it works if you know what your doing with your clutch cable tension. Otherwise there’s the new DcT Goldwing ?

2 things that can help that , as i cant recommend an "easy clutch" ... ive seen far too many responsible for a fried clutch pack.

    1) - We ( Conquest Customs ) sell the Barnett HE (High Efficiency) Clutch Cable which is a LOT easier to pull than the stock clutch cable from Polaris

Barnett 'HE' Clutch Cable for XC&XR

    2) - We also sell adjustable Clutch / Brake Levers where you can move the lever in closer or further away for your hands' needs

LSL Adjustable Brake & Clutch Lever Set for Victory

Fraser, take a look online for "hand flexibility exercises". They really help. I don't have a problem with the bike yet but do go through my own hand routine prior to wood carving. Also, another vote for getting a new clutch cable and recommend the Teflon lined Barnet as well. Watch the routing too because tight turns will cause excess friction making it hard to pull and early failures as it wears through the liner.

I will be ordering that HE Barnett clutch cable from you guys for my 11 XC. I will not put the easy clutch on that bike because it is now 10 years old on the original clutch with mold tool T 7100 full synthetic oil in there! I know I know everything you say not to do and all thick Slick Just got to do what he’s got to do I guess. Don’t worry you will be doing my clutch in the future but I’m hoping it’s only from mileage and where they’re not from that Motul oil. I really want that oil to work and not be an issue because my motor and tranny gears absolutely love it.

@PreachSF ....... Question… Is there a clutch pack that can be installed where you feel that any oil can be used with it?

I have an easy clutch extension on my CCT for over 50K miles. No issue. reduces clutch pull by half.

@53canuck Spot on, Sir. My clutch hand was surgically rebuilt in 2005. I go through a regimen every day to keep my hands strong and flexible. I feel that if I do not do this I would have been forced into a DCT bike by now. But I know where @fraser is coming from. It still gets a bit tough for me sometimes on cold mornings. We have some pretty good options posted already, perhaps he could try one of those.

@fraser , best of luck my friend. I hope you find the answer.

I'm another one that has had no problems whatsoever with the ez pull. I have been running Motul full syn for quite awhile now along with the ez pull with no problems. I think I may try the Barnett HE on my other bike and see how it compares to the easy pull. The ez pull will spoil you if you ride in traffic frequently.

Fraser, all the best to you sir. I’d certainly suggest the Barnett clutch cable from Conquest Customs as a first step.
