Has anyone with a Chieftain or Roadmaster had the two bolts that connect the windshield frame to the windshield lifting mechanism loosen up?
You might want to check yours, my wife noticed a rattle on her 2016 with about 10k miles, she looked for it and noticed that the windshield had more slop in it than it had previously. She found that one of the bolts ( these are behind the windshield, look down there to see them) they have a little bushing on the Allen head screw) had loosened almost to the point of falling out and the other one was 2 turns loose. To put the bushing back in place and tighten these the windshield had to be removed, no big deal, took us 20 minutes total, but a couple more miles and she would have lost the screw and bushing.
