How did the Metzlers compare ? We put a full set on my buddy’s Magnum. He says they’re good but he’s also a Harley rider on Dunlops so ???

I live in the "twisties" in my little slice of heaven. The best the bike ever felt was one set of Cobra's. Only got 4,5k out of the rear. Like a dumbass I waited to check my rear 2 days before a road trip. Only rear I could find was at a Honda dealer 2 hours away and it was the Metz. It lasted the rest of the life of the front Cobra, about 8,5k and the bike still felt Good. Replaced it with another. Currently have a chrome on the rear. Put a centramatic balancer on with the prior rear. Curious to see life span of this Avon.

I've been getting around 10K from the Cobras. Of course, fewer twisties in our area, but it does include a bit of riding to get to the twisties and quite a bit of riding in said twisties once on sight.
