I"m only 6'2" myself.. but I'm mostly waist up.. so I always feel like I'm slumping on standard control bikes. I have the Ness style fly bars on my KPT and although they aren't perfect they do feel really good. Just below the shoulder as I sit.
On my old KP I had put risers on the stock bars and I think that was actually a little more comfortable on my wrists, even if they were a bit lower. I know a lot of people hunch their shoulders forward to be comfortable on the bike, and that's not good long term.
