Just a quick question,
Anyone own a set of the driving lights Witchdoctors has on "flash sale" currently?
I'm looking to see how you like them. How is the daytime visibility? Nighttime operation?
Thanks for your reply in advance.

I also have the Darla(s). I have them mounted at the bottom of the forged bars on the black plastic.
I love that they are integrated into my horn and low/high beam switch. So if I blow my horn they come on one hundred percent. Also, they have a knob that allows you to adjust them so you don't blind people. I keep mine on at 25% and that seems to be more than enough, even at day time to be seen. At night, they light up all over. Clearwaters have some newer lights that are more focused beam if you need to see way up the road. The Darla(s) spread out a bit.
Hope this helps.

To answer your original question. The downside that I can see with the lights from WitchDoctor is that they are mounted too close to the signal lights and will wash them out.
Oncoming traffic will not notice your turn signals and could put you into a dangerous situation.
Put your lights down low, about the height of the crash bars/calipers in a triangular pattern, that seems to be the best to be seen.
My 2 cents (Canadian)
