I'm a little confused about the posted weights for the different models. My KP shows a dry weight of 646, KP Tour 746. So, I'm going to weigh my bike without the Tour Package. Then just the TP. If anyone is curious you can take your wifes bathroom scale, put a 2x4 next to it and a board across both. lower your front tire on to the board. Should get about
160lbs times two equals 320lbs. same for the rear. Add Fr & R = 68x??

Trunk = 21lbs
Seat+luggage rack = 19lbs
Bags+mt frame= 29lbs
Windshield? 5lbs
Front wheel = 325lbs
Rear wheel = 340lbs - bags = 320lbs
Wet = 20lbs fuel & oil
625 dry weight wet=645
Corbin seat & Hardstreet bags wet 665lbs total

Retired, keep looking for a newer Vic with CC bags. Pretty much figured out my KP with Corbin seat and hard bags is already the best. But, I keep looking.

You could just go to a metal recycling place and tell them you want to scrap your bike. After they weigh it tell them you changed your mind and ride off.

They would probably be fine with weighing the bike regardless… also at the local garbage dump where they weigh you going in and out.

Or at a weigh station. If you live around farm country with elevators, they all have them. Also quarries and cement companies.

I would ride by and on a weigh scale every shift when I worked here, 710 lbs. as you see it in this photo.

Fuel is the only variable. Dry, about 645. Crossroads shows 745. Cross Country 765. Vision 849. Vegas 645 with 106ci.
What weighs 100lbs on the CR? Bags, windshield frame.
