I notice that California has reserved some special status for itself when it comes to pipes. Does anyone know what makes them different?

From what I understand the 50 state pipe has a cat converter in it. 49 doesn't... I'm not an expert on it though.....

I ordered the 49 state legal Vic 2into1's and got the set with the cats in them. When I asked the dealer they said all of them now have the cats, I said then why didn't you tell me that when I ordered them?......

According to my dealer I got the last set of true 49 state pipes last March or April. They had to look all over the US to find them.

The California pipes are large enough to allow illegal aliens to crawl thru while still passing "enough" of your hard earned dollars back to the government.
