Anyone know of upcoming events in 2021 please post dates / locations, thanks everyone & hope to see ya at an event or cruising through Americas back roads. Post international shows / rallies as well, I prob won’t attend those this year but many would enjoy hearing about them & seeing the pics.

VITO - Victory in the Ozarks May 21-23, Eureka Springs AK. This will be my first VITO. I highly recommend the SE Victory Rally in Helen GA, I think that’s the first weekend in June but not positive. I’m not going to that one this year, hopefully next.

I think it’s on the VMOG Facebook page and the vmc website. No “organized” rally this year, no registration, just book a hotel, ride motorcycles, hand out and shot the sh*t at night.

I'll probably get some **** for this... I don't do rally's. I've been to two and in both instances it was too many dickheads strutting around with chips on both shoulders and something to prove. Like PJ, I would much rather get together with a couple of cool peeps, ride, have a few laughs and just enjoy riding rather than watching people running around in thier pirate costumes all puffed up like their Billy badass until a bigger Billy badass in his pirate costume puts them in their place.

    Boooooriiiiing. :rm_thumbdown:

I've never been to a rally. It just does not interest me.... Not solo. Maybe I would enjoy it in a group. Kinda like a cruise. I think they are more fun going with a few friends.

I do truly enjoy the small rides I've done like our Hill Country Rides, or just a Sunday with the local guys.

My folks lived in San Marcos off Ranch Road 12. Pretty close to Wimberly actually. There were some FUN back roads between there and Austin. Didn't have a bike back then but I used to like taking my corvette around there for some high speed driving.

No **** to give here, I don’t like large Sturgis-like gatherings either. In my experience Victory oriented events, or BMW for that matter, are much different. I’ve met some great people and done some fantastic riding at these. Get anywhere from a few dozen to a few hundred Victory riders together and that puffery crap never seems to show up.

Annually is a HD rodeo in Chillicothe Oh around Labor Day, I despise goin into town during that weekend because are way too many drunk a$$holes running around. I don’t dislike very large crowds but don’t go outta my way to join them either.

This is an Easy Rider drunk and lewd and crude fest or so I have been told by friends. So you live out around Chillicothe or to me the gateway to the Ohio Appalachians ( greatest motorcycle roads in Ohio ) and to me the lore and dominion of the Grassman as called by the early white settlers coming in after the Revolutionary War.

@ForestGiant Yea ur friends are correct but is worse than they can put into words, just ain’t my crowd. I live on St Rt 50 halfway between Chilli & Athens ( I’m 2 miles off 50 on a county road ) I’m n lil village called Allensville & yes we are extremely blessed with fantastic roads in my area. Is all flat farmlands 30 miles North or West and is all hills at my house goin East and South. We often use 56 around old mans cave, tar hollow st park as a throughway for day rides. Can be in WVA , Ky or Penn within an hour n half, I do love my area as is lots of different typography / geology all around. Plus the cost of living is decent and people still wave as your riding by, kids turn their wrists wanting you to rev ur engine & if your setting beside the road some will even stop to make sure your ok. I luv small town USA
