Seat doesn't look comfy for anyone over 100 lbs.
I do like that they are exploring the possibilities with that motor and hope they get some sales out of it.
It's a nice little round town commuter bike. They are being careful not to compete with themselves with anything that can go out of state.

Yes, but they will make an expensive accessory set of forward controls available, get the punters to shell out more
I modified a genuine set of 1991 forward controls to fit on my 1990 Sporty, it made it comfortable for my 6'2". Looks a bit rough, but works OK. 91 was the intro for the 5 speed gearbox, so there quite a lot of crankcase difference.
It's also wearing a Fat Boy front wheel on the back.

Will be taking one for a spin but am not a fan of the styling myself.

HD sales people make more money off accessories and service packages than they make off the actual bike sale. My oldest Daughter worked for Mancuso in Houston for a few years. She would really push adding accessories and service packages when selling a bike because it would really bump her commissions. She sold a Road King Special to a Houston Cop, his first bike, base was about $16K back then. Final price was over $30 when she got done. bunch of accessories, Screamin Eagle stage 2 and the top service package. When he picked it up he hit the median curb and wrecked it right in front of the parking lot. LOL. She asked the Sales Mgr if she got commission on the repairs too....no luck! LOL
