Does it come as seen in the first pic with the backrest and flip windshield or as seen in the other pics?

How old are the tires? Not miles.....age?

I do not have the bike as it is getting detailed. But I did change out the Windshield. it is now an electric shorty (Tinted) that raises and lowers with a push of a button.

I will have to look at the tires when I get it back. I think the rear is 3 years with very few miles but I don't remeber

It does have a removable drivers seatback .

Does it have any performance upgrades? I am in the market for a bike finally but the more options I can check off my list the better.

It has the factory reverse which is likely $3K by now if you can find one. The rest of the bike is $5.5K at the asking price. Buy it, don't over think it.
