RALLY SITE
Hotel Carlisle http://www.hotelcarlisle.com/ has very good food, nice rooms, indoor pool and fair rates at $65 for this area. These rooms go for double this during the Carlisle Auto Shows. Easy to get to ....located near the Jct of PA Turnpike & Rt 81. Rooms are in section 300 which is an adjacent part of the hotel in the back. We will have large orange cones in our bike parking area to prohibit car traffic.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
Can be made the day of arrival up to 6pm. Reserve early and cancel if necessary…….there is no risk.

PRE-REGISTRATION & RALLY FEE
No pre-registration. No rally fee. Registration will be at the rally site.

RIDE DEPARTURE DAYS/TIMES/LOCATION
Thursday Evening: Depart the rally hotel parking lot where the rooms are at 3:30pm
Friday and Saturday Morning: Depart from the Motor-Vation Victory Dealership at 10:30am. The shop is located 5 minutes from the rally site at 7042 Wertzville Road , Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 (717) 795-8604.
RIDES "SEE & DO" SLIDESHOW

Click "View/Play" at the top left of screen. Can take a minute or so to launch depending on your browser speed. Rides will be on less traveled country roads in the mountains with great scenery, historic sites, streams and more.

MOTOR-VATION TECH SESSION & DEMO RIDES
Motor-Vation will have a tech session on Friday morning starting at 9:30am. Motor-Vation demo rides are available throughout the rally, but must be scheduled ahead of time.

EATS
Good food at the hotel rally site and other nearby places....plus....for the few of us that might be interested there are multiple great low places to eat.....East Coast best hotdogs (Gettysburg); great soup/fries/wings and massive sandwiches (Mechanicsburg); the best home made pasta in the area (Hanover and Thurmont); best cheese cake (Gettysburg)....more

WEATHER
Expect warm weather during the day for the rides with evenings at the rally site being cooler.

Given all the views ...but no replies.......I thought a little tidbit like the followingmight get some buzz going.
Dealer Triad close to the rally site.
Yuppppppp....within 5 minutes of the rally site there is Motor-Vation the sponsoring Victory dealer............plus Harley and Honda/Aprilia/BMW dealerships.
Maybe a cruise in to the other dealers to check things out before the daily rides might be of interest. Hummmmmmmm......I am wondering what the Harley dealer might think when a bunch of Victory Visions show up.......
Am I just kidding........ or serious............what do you think?

We are going to try to make it, but since we live fairly close, it will only be a day trip for Saturday. Sounds like a lot of fun!!

Youmight think about meeting us at the Victory Dealer where theFriday and Saturdayrides will depart .......you can get here later that way. Dealer is Motor-Vation and address and all are in the post of the event. Ride will leave there at 10:30am or so.
