Hi, new member and first post. I have a 2002 v92c cruiser deluxe that the speedometer does not work and also with the key on and the bike not running if I press the horn button the speedo needle moves, the longer I hold the button the higher the needle goes up. Strange issue!
Hope someone has seen this before and can help me out.

Make sure battery and ground connections are clean and tight. Use a 10mm wrench to put a final tighten on the battery terminals.

rechecked battery connections, problem still there. I think the speedo inop problem is the sensor, but not sure what is up with the horn causing the speedo needle to move. Short in wiring?
