I ended up going with a OEM pulley just had to drill out the bolt holes, problem solved
I used the same bolts from the custom pulley they are more aggressive and I used the blue lock tight! I will keep an eye on them for sure, thanks!
So what I ended up doing was buying an OEM rear pulley drilling the bolt holes out and mounted it to the custom wheel, noise is gone!
