I sandwiched the license plate between the backing plate and a metal license plate frame with 4 holes. I marked the holes on the backing plate and drilled the lower holes. I bolted it all together top and bottom with stainless 1/4" buttonhead hex bolts and nylocks... Seems pretty solid. I can post a pic if you like.
The plate was in the bag with the manual, spare key, etc. The dealer should have installed it, as their little plastic "dealer logo" plate was a shredded triangle by the time I got home.
BTW, heres one on Amazon just in case you get no where with the dealer...
