there are 7 new 2016 CCTs on cycletrader under 18k. have it shipped by Keyboard shipping and you'll still be under 19k with money left for upgrades.
Check out the Keyboard site. they designed their own wheeled dolly to pkg the bikes and move them. It would be hard to screw a bike up using it. I watched my bike get unloaded and they have it down to a routine.
I have never bought a vehicle sight unseen before but I have no regrets.
    I have no affiliation...Just a satisfied customer.

I paid $19000.00 for my 16 Magnum at Don Wood Victory in Athens Ohio, Sticker was $23499.99.
Tried to get the tri ovals threw in but no dice, they did sell them to me for $699.00 installed though.

I don't know where you live, but here's a suggestion....check states that have limited season: Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota etc....they usually have better end of year prices. Might have to trailer to get, but savings would be worth it. TRUE STORY from Michigan: Checked price on my CC 8-Ball in July 2014...with $2500 off I was just under $20,000...went back in Oct 2014...Victory doubled the $2500 and added $1000 off for being a Veteran...OTD $14,508

I paid $15995 for my Magnum X1 with 1075 miles..... From a boat dealership that took her in on trade and didn't know what to do with her.

Warranty is good till May of 2017 and I am eligible for the 5 year warranty extension.

I found my 15 magnum used with tri ovals, backreat, lower deflectors, bag lids speakers, and a klocks windsheild. With only 4200 miles on it. I traded my hardball and 8 grand. So roughly 17k i figure. But i also took my lloyds timing wheel, filter, 1/4 turn throttle and grips off my old bike. They are now on my magnum. So i made out pretty good on mine.

I just purchased the new 2017 X1 and they gave me about $800 off the dealer price, that said I did buy a bike from them earlier in the year and sent in a friend to buy a bike from them as well. These bikes are rare, there were only 400 built for the 2017 model year.

I don't know about you but a factory "custom" starting at $25k or an actual custom for $2k more and possibly negotiable... All this thing needs is some cams, timing wheel, air filter and fuel programmer for MORE power and it's done.

As J.G. Wentworth says, "It's your money, use it when you need it!"

I'm a "deal" kinda guy. So, I waited and waited. Found exactly the bike I wanted. I bought it used with 4400 miles. The price was unbelievable. I still negotiated with the store manager for a couple of hours. I got the deal of a lifetime.
But, I also saw a couple of magnums at the Victory dealership for 16-19. It's worth checking a few hundred miles away to get a better deal.

At the end, you're gonna love the bike anyways. You'll love it more if you paid, let's say 15 out the door, rather that 23, for instance.

Don't be afraid to wait and get the bike you want for the money you can afford.

I like this bike! More than I thought I would actually. I just became acquainted with Gino here recently. I was thinking about changing the front fender to a Cross type fender. I have seen it done and it looks really good on the Vision. And it's 18". I don't want the 21". You have to make up custom brackets to mount it but I have a local source for those. So I was told to reach out to Gino to see if perhaps he had one as a take-off that I could get at a more reasonable price. Turns out Gino is a pretty cool dude and does really good work.

I've talked to him on Facebook a few times. He is prompt and does seem to do good work. Post pics when you get your bike done.
