Some forum member in the past posted a web link of where to buy a bag of the rubber , rear gas tank, issolators. Could some post this web link again for me.? Lost one on the inside rear of the gas tank. , that fits on the inside of the frame where the bolt slides through to secure the gas tank

If you have a hard time finding them you could make a set from a hockey puck.
Also when you get them, put some GOOP silicon glue on it before you install them so they will always stay in place.

Thanks for that web link. After I pushed my XCT into the garage I used a mini flash light to light up the drive way where I was working on my bike, and then where the grass meets the edge of the drive way, and found the rubber isolator that I was looking for. Happy camper now. :huepfenicon111: I placed an order for four rear , gas tank isolators and the shipping cost was three times the cost of four rubber isolators.

Glue them on, it will save you a lot of stress. Also cut in a connecter on the tank ground wire so you do not have to unbolt it from the tank. Makes removing the tank a 2 minute affair.
