would like to see whats out there. my wife wants something to make her feel like shes not going to fall off. i seen a few on ebay and looked at the Atlanta custom razor. http://atlantacustombaggers.com/product/slimline-acb-victory-razr-pack/
does anyone have this with the under the seat mount. looks a little flimsy?
a low profile rest would be nice for the look of the bike but its going to be what my wife wants i think. has anyone tried a detachable rest with the the fillers being modified and if so would you like to post a few pics

I know you saw my thread on the Kuryakyn backrest - rode from southwest Connecticut to Laconia with the wife and no complaints. Utilized the luggage rack with all of her crap and no problems. Also folds down to a driver backrest when the wife is not using it and adjusts in height for both passenger and driver and also swivels a bit up and down to fit your back. Very satisfied with it. Does it take away from the appearance of the bike - yes - somewhat. The luggage rack and backrest are smaller than the Vic backrest and the luggage rack folds up giving it a better appearance than the VIC but the VIC supposedly pops out when not needed.

I installed this one also a few weeks back for the same reason as the OP here. GF wanted something to make her feel like she wouldn't fall off. Tried it out recently on a 4-day trip and she loves it. Once back home I changed it to the drivers-setting and I love it as well. It ain't coming off the bike as it really helps us both. Looks nicer than the Vic one also and we used the luggage rack part of it with great results.

I went with the mustang seat pictured above. My wife has the backrest installed at it highest setting and has no safy issues she is very comfortable. On the drives side It has moved me closer to the tank and the seat is a little wider and is noticeable when your feet are on the ground verses the stock Magnum seat. The nice thing is you really only need one backrest. with a twist of the thumb screw you can remove it and use it in the drivers position when riding solo. For me I still find the Magnum seat more comfortable and swith to the magnum when my wife want to go riding. Best of all no mods are made to the bike for this seat.

I use the Corbin backrest and the girlfriend has liked it. Requires a corbin seat. No luggage rack option. My requirement is I wanted to be able to keep the bag fillers on most of the time and the corbin backrest attaches directly to the seat so there is no problem with that.

I've been debating on getting the victory lock and ride backrest and luggage rack for traveling so I can add a bag for more storage but the more I think about it I'm debating on spending the extra money for the trunk

Really thinking about getting through razr. Does anyone know where to get the quick disconnect where it disconnect is above the fillers?

This what I bought for my wife. I run the stock seat most of the time but when she wants to ride I switch it out and put the Mustang on. The hight is adjustable and gives her more room. This seat will move you forward about an inch and feels like it is cut a little wider. I like the seat when I use it but prefer the look and feel of the stock when she is not with me the other 95% of the time. Cutting up the filler or removing them was not an option I was willing to take.
