Ive never had a negative interaction from a non biker because I was on a motorcycle.

Do you really get that kind of reaction from people?

I have had the odd remarks about been stupid for riding a bike, yes.... And snide remarks of "do you belong to a club" etc.... but not quite as bad as that insinuates, but yes there is some who just plonk the whole lot of us into the outlaw category......

We have some of the toughest laws against bikers in the world here, and it is enforced in some places, but usually it is common sense that prevails.....

    I'm judging...
The guy up front and center with hands at eye level, leaning back, legs spread like a woman at the gynecologist looks like an idiot to me. I'm sure the bike is comfortable and he has better control leverage (if you were to ask), but to me, it looks like someone trying WAY too hard to look cool.

I wouldn't like to ride more than an hour at a time like that with maybe 4 hours rest between....

True. When I was in Syndey I was invited to the Outlaws Clubhouse. Not the same as the ones here, but still a chapter. They also have a Hells Angels and Gypsy Jokers there. For some odd reason bikers ARE looked at differently down there. I rented a HD for a weekend and scooted up past the Hawksbury area and north. When I stopped for gas I got odd looks from the family types and a few good phone numbers from the local girls! Back then it seemed if you did not ride a crotch rocket you were outcast as well. Not sure if that has changed at all. Damn Limeys started that crap...lol

You just couldn't hold yourself back to hate on ape hangers . Ape hangers are for comfort when you are a tall person but he obviously ain't a tall person. Now I can't say anything about how he has his feet cause I have to do that when I stretch out my legs since my feet don't go thru the hard lowers.

When your hands and arms are blocking your field of view, creating huge blind spots, I would consider that a safety hazard. The bars are a fashion statement.
    He doesn't have lowers.

This guy has the ergonomics pretty sorted out, but I think his feet are up on the engine cases...

That's why I don't like driver's backrests or passenger sissy bars... If I want off this thing, I want a clear path!

Look comfortable to me. Honestly though, I couldn't care less how someone else looks. If he's happy more power to him ;)
