From a full tank you go 35 miles and the tank is empty again? How many gallons are you getting in on fill up?

Definitely a leak. Do you smell gas? If that much gas was going into the engine it would flood and not run. 35 miles per gallon, maybe. 35 miles per TANK, no way you don't have a leak (or a REALLY shady gas station that has rigged the pumps).

Are you using the Hammer to power a boat?

Do you tow a 48' RV with it?

Even in those situations I don't think it would be possible to get 7mpg (35 miles / 5 gallons).

I know! I have sent it to 2 mechanics (Harley experts) I don't know what's wrong, the bike runs barely well. and even when it did for a short period of time the gas consumption was the same

Is your speedometer working?? Because the odometer and speedo both work off the speed sensor. They are known to go out or have a dirty/loose connection. Are you positive you're only going 35 Mike's?

    .

What do your plugs look like?
Does the bike have a tuner on it?
If you can't smell a fuel leak your injectors are stuck open or the tuner is opening them for way to long.

You are saying that it runs like crap right?

Throttlebody's boots may be cracked and blowing fuel out. That would cause a really bad gas mileage and cause the bike to run really bad.

Bikes are fuel injected. Fuel doesn't go through throttle body adapter, just air.
