Around here you'd be hard pressed to find someone to give you $10k.

I payed less for my 13 with 1,153 miles a couple of months ago.

    Good luck

Cycletrader and craigslist are your best options. I have sold multiple bikes on both.

My fj, my bike and kids are non negotiable. I passed on a house to make sure all stay happy in our life. Owned a few houses over the years and gave the last one to the ex. I find it to be over rated. To much bs and responsibility to worry bout with owning a home. Renting works for me cuz all the problems are their problems. Lol.

Get an RV, you can live anywhere. Some cost as much or more as a house though.

Not far from me is a guy that , divorced, had one of those steel commercial buildings built [or did it himself] ? not sure....nice looking from the outside....and he put an RV in it [Airstream] I'm told...Hard-wired & plumbed , he lives in it.

No gutters to clean, surrounded by concrete...one small grassy area, "decorate" as he pleases...

Not for everyone I know,...but it does appeal to me . Wish I'd thought of it before I bought here.

I wish I knew him better, I'd like to see the inside.

yeah...forget the house, keep the bike and get an RV. The dealer will give you about $7,500. They are selling low mileage used (traded in for Indians) Cross bikes for 10 grand or less

The bike will continue to go down in value. A house will go up.

I've never met someone who bought a house lived in it long term and lost money when selling.

Whatever happened during the market crash in 2008 was crappy but truth is mist people who lost were over extended anyway.

If the bike is only a toy get rid of it.

10 years from now you can be a hone owner and the Vic will be long gone anyway.

Put it in the Market place. Ebay, Craigslist, and Facebook sale pages.

How much, where, and details on the bike?

I owe 11,000 on it. Bought the thing a week before they stopped making them. Talk about bad luck.
