Is there a difference in calibration cards if you have card for a slip on and get let's say RPW full exhaust? Does it affect the bike at all?

The only calibration card you can get is from Victory (I don't think S&S is a card, just a download) and it's designed for use with their pipes. The fact that it works with aftermarket pipes is simply a byproduct. There's no such thing as an RPW specific calibration card. What you need to do is find a calibration that's a close to what you are installing as possible. Don't use a slip on calibration card when swapping the entire exhaust, find a calibration that's closer to what you are doing OR go to an aftermarket fuel controller instead.

If I'm not mistaken, the download card (Vic or S&S) allows you access the site where you can select the download of your choice to suit your combination.

Unless you have "Digital Wrench" software you can't do anything. The dealer will have to install the download. The card is most likely a password or site key to allow you to get ONE download. At least this is how I understood it.

As I understand it the calibration card is linked to a specific download, it doesn't give you access to a library of programs. So, if you want the download for a Cross Country Stage 1 you purchase that specific calibration card. When the tech inputs the code from that card the Digital Wrench accesses the appropriate program, downloads it into your bike and registers that configuration against your VIN. From that point forward, if any dealer needs to update the flash on your ECM the Digital Wrench will pull the correct program based on what's stored against your VIN in the master system. Remember, there is no such thing as a "generic" download. Each download is qualified by the year and model of bike and the Victory components it supports. If you are looking to download a calibration to be used with non-Victory parts you'll need to know which Victory parts combination it most closely approximates. People such as Kevinx and others with intimate knowledge of the system should be the ones making the recommendation, not the internet and not a parts hanger at your local dealer.
