Not the risers. There was a time I would have sold my trunk, but now I am just keeping it

I own a '13 Victory XCT. On cold start ups I hear a high pitched squeal. It's kind of like a starter not disengaging on a car. The last time I started the bike it continued to make the squeal for about 10 seconds.

No idea, but if the starter is hanging in for a second, that is no biggie. If it is the starter clutch that could be an issue. I always try to keep the starter button engaged for too long rather than too short on these Vics. If it doesn't fully turn over the kick back has been known to destroy that clutch.

Keith, not a vic question, but a dog question. Is you avatar a black mouth cur?

Nope. Max was a 165 lb Boerboel male. Best rescue I ever made. His original owner couldn't control him and he became aggressive. 2 weeks at our house with the wife and I training him and my 120lb wife could take him for runs alone.

Could I ask you what CT tire and size you used on your vision?
