      Thanks for input. Just for now going with the Stage 1 as dealer gave me great deal. Come next spring/summer I already plan on contacting Lloydz and riding bike there for improvements. Just can't stand the "gold wing" sound it has now.

        I understand that. I have D&D wrapped and it's still to quite. I heard a Magnum with Performance Machine slip ons and it sounded good.

      I've been snowbound (bike-wise)up here since October 3rd, so route planning like this is just something I like to do.
      If you were to follow my route, you would be crossing the Continental Divide in Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park, and be in 'the Rockies' from shortly after you enter Colorado.
      I lived in Denver for the first 52 years of my life, so I've riddden through much of Colorado, and have had my house in SoDak for 10 years, and know my way around here pretty well. If you guys do make it through here, look me up

    Field service tech for northern Il. Caterpillar Dealer. mechanic for 40 years. Have rode off and on most of those.

    I have been involved in various types of racing over the years. Not doing any of that anymore. When not riding I'm bowhunting to cold to ride then anyway. At one time I was very involved with archery . We have been taking longer trips on the bike.
