The ones Vic sell you for their accessories are not weatherproof & I have not had any problems with them.

You might find what you're looking for at a local marine dealer. The boat panel toggle switches I've seen appear to be dimensionally compatible.

The Heated Grip switch is only $17 and it is a SPDT switch. Part number is 4011319.
