FIVE STAR Victory Dealer

Well I've had my Cross Roads for a month and a half and logged a little less than 3,000mi and loved it but not without a few glitches. My left saddlebag detached about 10mi after picking it up,my stage one exhaust popped and the most irritating was a continual drive belt squeal. Needless to say it's been a little annoying driving back and forth 35mi to the dealer however "MADDIES MOTORSPORTS" in Dansville,N.Y.has resolved these issues expediantly and in a professional manner.I had a new saddlebag in less than a week, my EFI was adjusted and today after adjusting the belt several times without resolving the issue a new sprocket and belt was installed resolving the squeal. I not only left the dealer with a quiet bike but my gas tank was even full. This is my 1st Vic out of 11 metric bikes, after reading the posts on the VOG I had very high expectations and hope if they don't prove out at least I've got a goood dealer.
Nice to hear a dealer who gets it right
Everything hinges on the dealership.

Sounds like your dealership knows what "service" entails.

I will tell you that belt squeal is very common, it comes and goes.
After about 15,000 miles I don't hear it anymore.
2011 Vision Tour with 53,000 miles on her.
Thank you for that recommendation. I live 50 miles from that dealer and know they recently changed hands. I am looking for good service closer. I toured the closest 4 dealers in 2010 and drove over 300 miles to do it. Now I may have a solution.
